Class Description

 

   
 
Introductory
Join this class to learn alignment and the basic yoga poses.
   
   
Level 1
This level concentrates on standing poses, forward bends, twists and relaxation. Some inversions will be practised.
   
   
Lead Practice
Little instruction is given. Follow the teacher who will be practising at the front of the room.
   
   
General
Open to all. Not too difficult - give it a go if the time suits.
