Introductory

Join this class to learn alignment and the basic Yoga poses

 
Level 1
This level emphasises the basics of Iyengar yoga with the use of props. It concentrates on standing poses, forward bends, twists and relaxation.
 
Level 2
This class is for those who want to work a little stronger. You don't have to be flexible but you do have to want to attempt headstands and shoulder stands.
 
General
Open to all. Not too difficult - give it a go if the time suits.
