Level 1 |
This level emphasises the basics of Iyengar yoga with the use of props. It concentrates on standing poses, forward bends, twists and relaxation. |

Level 2 |
This class is for those who want to work a little stronger. You don't have to be flexible but you do have to want to attempt headstands and shoulder stands. |

General |
Open to all. Not too difficult - give it a go if the time suits. |
