New Year's Intensive with Jyoteeka

16th to 20th of January 2012
6.30am to 8am each morning

This workshop will cover how to deepen your practice with an emphasis on how to develop your own home practice for the year. We will work on developing a quiet practice with a focused mind.

During the week you may choose to set some goals and to design some practices to meet these goals.

Cost $80 for the week.

Yoga Workshop with Sue Scott

March 30th - April 1st  2012

Sue Scott is a Senior Teacher from Melbourne. She is the Founder and Director of Yoga Jivana. She began teaching in 1992 after studying Yoga with Peter Scott.

I meet Sue while studying with Peter and had the opportunity do some training with her. I always enjoyed Sues teaching style, clarity, and deep understanding as I think you will!
